1.	LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION..In the center of it all and about 200 meters from Metro station. Friendly English speaking staff willing to help. The rooms are small, nut typical for Paris. Bathrooms can be a challange, very small, but always clean. I noted there was no cable and did not notice AC (Radiator was fine for early spring). I will book again next year. I really can not say enough about the LOCATION!!...MRC

3.	The rooms are comfortable. Breakfast in the restaurant (buffet) is good. The location - a quiet street near bustling rue du Faubourg Saint-Antoine, Place de la Bastille, Marché d'Aligre and Aquaduc des Arts is perfect.
