1.   The hotel was clean and warm with towel changes daily. The location is good and very convenient for the metro. Breakfast was, however, rather disappointing considering that this is a 3* hotel. Reviewer has requested to be kept anonymous.   3.   Centrally located hotel in unimpressive neighbourhood - lots of homelss men about with rubbish/construction materials scattered over the street. Quite noisy during the nights with traffics and shoutings from homeless men (we presumed). Need to walk over about 100m to get to Marais areas for some decent eating places, but the hotel is close to a supermarket and also train station. Very friendly and helpful staff who could speak English. No air-conditioning in the room and you could not open the windows during the night if you want a goodnight sleep. Shocking breakfast with coffee and croissant/baguttes only - from what I gathered, that's the norm for french. Reviewer has requested to be kept anonymous.
